K-series Multi Layer Steel Gasket and Lower Oil Rail Kit for sale. Part No. ZUA 000080.

Fits all k-series petrol engines. 1400/1600/1800.

Fits 1.8 petrol Land Rover Freelanders. Takes longer to fit the oil rail in the Freelander due to the different sump arrangement.

An additional unique Inlet Manifold Gasket is required for VVC engines.

Tip - if a K-series engine is boiled that usually means the unit is only fit fot scrap. However if a weakness in the head gasket is detected the engine can be saved. Skim the head and check to ascertain if any of the cylinder liners have dropped. They should be about 3 thousands of an inch proud of the block. Fit this kit and problems will be solved. Instructions included.
